About Us
How We Support Client Work
Our core team leads strategy, recruitment architecture, organizational design, partnerships, and messaging. When a project calls for deeper expertise, we draw from a trusted expert network across data systems, educator preparation, early childhood, special education, curriculum design, equity, and workforce development.
We work with school districts, educator preparation programs, teacher residencies, alternative certification providers, Grow Your Own initiatives, service-to-teaching pathways, workforce partners, and multi-partner recruitment initiatives.
